Design note: The key illustration is inspired by the world of Tiong Bahru Social Club — reflecting characters partaking in exceptionally wholesome club activities, making amusing (and sometimes questionable) decisions, all situated within a mind-bending version of Tiong Bahru. Inspired in part by the fastidious illustrations in Where’s Waldo, the illustration reflects the absurdity of the film’s world where the Social Club happiness agents, their clients, and the residents of Tiong Bahru look for their personal happiness within an impossible space. Architectural features iconic to Tiong Bahru - round porthole windows, curved corners, spiral staircases, are woven throughout the TBSC letterforms.
